As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Woodbury Park, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
In this role, you will:
- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
About Goodstart Woodbury Park
Join Goodstart Woodbury Park as an Assistant Director and be part of a vibrant community in the heart of Mardi, right across from Westfield Tuggerah. Our centre is a haven for children aged six weeks to six years, featuring three thoughtfully designed indoor learning spaces.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a passionate team of educators to craft meaningful nature play experiences for children while supporting the Centre Director in day-to-day operations.
- Inspire and lead in a 51-place centre, fostering strong community connections.
- Mentor and guide a diverse team of 21 Early Childhood Professionals.
- Flexible working hours from 6am – 6pm.
