As a People Specialist (HRBP), you’ll partner with leaders across South Australia to deliver strategic HR solutions that drive performance, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

 

Your Impact:

As a trusted advisor and member of the State Senior Leadership Team, you will:

 

  • Partner with leaders to embed critical people practices that foster accountability and high performance
  • Coach and empower leaders to build capability and create positive team cultures aligned with Goodstart values
  • Use data and insights to guide decision-making and deliver effective people solutions
  • Lead annual people planning, identify talent risks, and support succession planning
  • Collaborate across the People & Culture team to implement initiatives that strengthen engagement and organisational culture
  • Champion wellbeing and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and child-safe requirements

You’ll bring to the table:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Law, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a senior HR generalist or business partner, with strong business acumen
  • Expertise in change management and/or project management is highly regarded
  • Ability to influence and coach senior leaders, building trusted partnerships
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for creating exceptional employee experiences
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current SA Working with Children Check
