Location: Mentone, VIC 3194 & Beaumaris, VIC 3193
Centre: Goodstart Mentone (4-days a week) and Goodstart Beaumaris (once a week)

In this role, you will:
- Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipeline
- Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform key business administration tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with families
About Goodstart Mentone
Located on Nepean Highway, our purpose-built centre caters for up to 104 children and features modern learning environments across multiple rooms, with engaging indoor and outdoor play spaces.
About Goodstart Beaumaris
Situated in a quiet, leafy location near Beaumaris Primary School, this welcoming centre is licensed for 67 children and offers a strong sense of community and family engagement.
Both centres operate Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 6:30pm, providing high-quality early learning, long day care and funded kindergarten programs.
As the Administration Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for families and visitors while supporting the leadership teams across both centres.
This role will require flexibility to work across both locations. You’ll be working 4-days a week at Goodstart Mentone and once a week at Goodstart Beaumaris, ensuring smooth administrative operations and excellent customer service.
