Do you want to lead a team in supporting children who are more vulnerable to poor outcomes and work for an organisation that will support you to succeed?
We’re Goodstart
At Goodstart, we’re all about laying the foundation for better lives through amazing early learning experiences, and we know that we can’t do that without great people like you! From our centre directors to teachers and centre teams, we work together to make a real difference for children in those crucial early years. Safety, health, and wellbeing are more than just words to us, they are a personal commitment and a promise we make to our children, our families and each other every day.
We’re Goodstart – a not-for-profit with a vision for Australia’s children to have the best possible start in life.
What is EChO?
Our EChO initiative is a targeted approach within Goodstart’s social inclusion strategy. The purpose of the initiative is to provide intensive and sustainable resources to Goodstart Early Learning centres located in communities where children are more vulnerable to poor outcomes.
Your Impact
As a Teacher at Goodstart Jindi, you will play an incredible role helping to shape the future of young children. You will be a team player working with your centre team and Inclusion Champion, to create spaces and experiences where children and their families feel welcome, safe, nurtured and valued. You’ll take your intentional teaching practices to the next level, building on the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standard with unique, tailored social inclusion initiatives to deliver learning programs that support the specific needs of each individual child. You will advocate for each child and family by putting into practice targeted programs and interventions, helping every child to continue to participate in and benefit from quality early learning, now and for the rest of their lives.
