Pay: $51.73 - $70 Per hour (Dependent on qualification) + Super

As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you’ll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.

In this role, you will: 
•    Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice
•    Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement
•    Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business 

About Goodstart Mildura – Matthew Flinders Drive 
•    115 Place centre located in close proximity to Mildura Central shopping centre, local primary schools as well as TAFE and La Trobe University.
•    Join an established leadership team with two Assistant Directors operating at the centre
•    Near to sister centre – 11th Street, for support and peer networking. 
•    Part of the local community for over 20 years and a part of Goodstart since 2011 
•    Supported by experienced Centre Coach 
•    Relocation support may be available to eligible candidates

You’ll need:
•    A Diploma or bachelor’s in early childhood education (or working towards)
•    Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services
•    Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage
•    Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management
