Employment Type:  Full Time Permanent / 38 hours per week

Goodstart Morningside - Junction Road (entrance via Algoori Street) is a double centre which caters for children from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our three well equipped playgrounds include many and varied experiences for the children. We offer flexible session times to assist families with utilising their CCS efficiently.  Our experienced and qualified staff are professional and committed to providing the highest quality child care in a "home away from home" environment that is warm, loving and nurturing. Our programs focus on learning through play and incorporate the Early Years Learning Framework.

Your Impact  

As an Educator at Goodstart Morningside – Junction Road, you will be a team player, collaborating with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and response to the needs of all children. 

 

You’ll help achieve this by  

  • Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team
  • Engaging and supervising the children at all times
  • Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members
  • Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families
  • Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement
