As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

Are you a qualified Educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care? Here’s your chance to join Goodstart Mount Louisa that’s not only fun and welcoming, but also award-winning!

• Work in a full-time role from Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 6:30pm.

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
