Role: Account Services Supervisor

Location: Murarrie, Brisbane (Turrbal and Jagera Lands)

Your Impact:

As Account Services Team Supervisor, you’ll:

  • Lead and mentor teams managing all Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness across payments, refunds, and invoicing
  • Strengthen processes that reduce debt and enhance financial integrity
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver trusted, high-quality financial services
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement

You’ll bring to the table:

  • Demonstrated experience in credit management, payables, or transactional finance within a large, multi-site or service-based organisation
  • Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on performance, engagement, and service excellence
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to meet competing deadlines
  • Relevant tertiary or business qualification (highly regarded)
  • Understanding of the Early Learning and Care sector or Childcare Management Software (desirable)
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
