Our Accounts Administrator provides support & assistance to centres to assist vulnerable and disadvantaged families and children to gain access to government funding for Additional Child Care Subsidies (ACCS) in line with eligibility requirements. Working closely with centre directors, you will train and mentor internal customers across all ACCS and resolve complex specific issues. This position requires you to be highly motivated in child welfare and have a strong commitment to ensure all children have access to Goodstart centres.


This is a full-time, 6 month fixed term position, working 38 hours / week at our Murarrie head office, however there is a strong opportunity for permanency after the initial contract.


To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Childcare Industry knowledge or experience
  • Previous Administration or Accounts experience 
  • Qikkids or CCS Software experience is highly desirable but not essential 
  • Computer skills - Microsoft Office 
  • Demonstrated customer support experience
