Role: Assistant Property Manager
Location: Murarrie, Brisbane

As Assistant Property Manager, you’ll help maintain, manage and optimise our national property portfolio—ensuring our centres have safe, compliant and well-managed spaces where children can learn, grow and thrive.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will:
- Maintain accurate lease and property management data to ensure portfolio transparency and compliance
 - Monitor critical dates, manage lease documentation and support timely decision-making
 - Prepare and process rent and outgoings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with finance requirements
 - Support effective month-end activities and financial reporting
 - Respond to landlord and stakeholder queries, contributing to strong relationships
 - Assist with rent reviews, reconciliations and property lifecycle changes
 - Communicate planned openings and closures to internal teams
 - Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and reporting
 - Always prioritise health, safety and child safeguarding in every action

You’ll bring to the table:
We’re looking for:
- Experience in property management, project coordination or a time-critical administrative role
 - Strong background in lease management and property administration
 - Excellent eye for detail, accuracy and data integrity
 - Sound financial / analytical skills, including budget and reporting experience
 - Well-developed stakeholder communication skills
 - Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
 - Proven time management capability with the ability to meet tight deadlines
 - Strong computer literacy (MS Office essential, advanced Excel preferred)
 - Experience with property management systems (SAP highly regarded)
 - Current qld Working with Children Check
