Our Role:
As our Brand and Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in bringing Goodstart’s brand to life through integrated marketing campaigns across brand, services and talent.
Working closely with the Brand and Marketing Lead and broader team, you’ll manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from insights and briefing through to execution and performance tracking, ensuring everything is delivered on time, on brand and with impact.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders and using data to drive meaningful outcomes.
Your Impact:
- Support the planning, execution and tracking of brand, services and talent campaigns, projects and partnerships.
- Coordinate photoshoots, events, paid campaigns and community partnerships that strengthen Goodstart’s visibility and appeal.
- Develop and manage marketing briefs, content, collateral and digital assets that support the customer journey.
- Provide brand advice and approvals, ensuring all teams follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice and visual identity.
- Create, proofread and edit copy for digital and print channels, ensuring all messaging feels warm, consistent and aligned.
- Use insights and analytics to track performance, inform optimisation and support continuous improvement across campaigns

You’ll bring to the table:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar.
- 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Strong Canva skills and experience using Brand Hub or similar tools.
- Skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (highly regarded).
- Experience running campaigns and events across Meta, TikTok and other social platforms.
- Confidence updating content and imagery via a website CMS.
- Strong copywriting skills for multiple audiences and platforms.
- Experience managing national, multi‑channel campaigns with measurable results.
- Ability to track performance, analyse data and use insights to inform decisions.
- Excellent time‑management with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to create clear reports and interpret marketing metrics.
- Current QLD Blue card
