Role: Qualification Pathways Partner

The Qualification Pathways Partner Casual plays a key role in supporting the Qualification Pathways strategy by administering Goodstart’s Certificate III Traineeship, Diploma Upskill and other Vocational Education programs. This includes managing the administrative requirements related to Goodstart’s responsibilities as an employer under training contracts.
Strong administrative skills and communication with external teams, including key Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs for our Goodstarters.The Partner will also work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient execution of program administration to meet objectives.
Your Impact:
- Provide administrative support to the Qualification Pathways team to ensure the smooth delivery of the Certificate III Traineeship, Diploma Upskill and other Vocational Education programs
- Manage high-volume individual and shared email inboxes, ensuring timely triage, categorisation, and response to communications.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, correspondence, and stakeholder interactions.
- Assist with the preparation and submission of claims for traineeship incentives to ensure timely processing.
- Communicate with Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and external stakeholders to coordinate program requirements and resolve day-to-day queries.
- Apply knowledge of traineeships and training contract requirements to ensure accurate program administration and compliance.
- Maintain awareness of RTO Quality Standards and assist with related compliance activities.

You’ll bring to the table:
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Education or a related field (Desirable)
- Knowledge of training contracts, RTO processes, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in administrative processes and high volume email inbox management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Validations
- Valid Working with Children Check (relevant to state or territory)
- Vaccinations as per policy requirements
- Completed National Child Safety Training
