Role: Centre Integration Partner

We’re now looking for a Centres Integration Partner to play a key role in delivering new centres, transforming environments, and supporting our growth and innovation across the country.

 

Our Role:

As a Centres Integration Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing new centres to life and supporting transitions across our national network. From greenfield builds to acquisitions, relocations, re-openings and divestments, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end integration process to ensure every centre is ready to provide an exceptional experience from day one.

 

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You’ll collaborate with Centre Services, Property, Operations, Pedagogy, Quality, Workforce Planning, IT, Family Services and more, shaping environments where children can thrive.

 

Your Impact:

  • Lead the integration and setup of new and transitioning centres nationally
  • Manage multiple projects from planning through to delivery and handover
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Property, IT, Quality, TA, and Operations
  • Ensure centres are fully equipped, compliant, and ready to deliver high-quality learning environments
  • Drive continuous improvement across processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless centre openings and transitions

You’ll bring to the table:

Essential:

  • 3+ years’ experience in program or project management, managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, matrix environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building capability
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • Flexibility to travel nationally as required
  • Growth mindset with a continuous improvement focus
  • Current QLD Blue Card

Desirable:

  • Project management qualifications or certifications
  • Experience in early learning, centre openings, or property-related project environments
