Our Role:
As our Centre Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of local area marketing (LAM) campaigns across our national network of centres.
You’ll work closely with the Centre Marketing Lead and broader teams to plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns that build awareness, strengthen community connections, and support centre growth.
Your Impact:
- Support the planning and delivery of local marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives across centres
- Coordinate marketing activities from brief through to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Create and manage marketing content across online and offline channels, including campaign assets and collateral
- Help build and maintain a library of local marketing resources, tools, and assets for centres
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve future activities
- Support community engagement initiatives that strengthen Goodstart’s local presence
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver effective marketing solutions
- Manage marketing requests and provide administrative support to the broader team

You’ll bring to the table:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally with campaign coordination or local area marketing experience
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for detail
- Experience with Canva or similar design platforms; Adobe suite experience is a bonus.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and a willingness to learn, problem‑solve and adapt.
- Current QLD Blue Card
