Role: Change Manager – SAP S/4HANA Transformation

 

Location: Murarrie, QLD (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)

 

Employment Type: 12 months Fixed-term

We’re looking for a Change Manager to lead the people side of our SAP S/4HANA transformation - ensuring our teams are ready, engaged, and empowered for success.

 

Your Impact:

 

As our Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation. You’ll design and deliver change strategies that ensure our people are supported through the transition to SAP S/4HANA. From stakeholder engagement to training and communications, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth and successful transformation.

 

  • Lead the development and delivery of the change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.
  • Partner with business leaders and technical teams to ensure people readiness and adoption are central to every stage of implementation.
  • Design and execute engaging communication and training plans to support teams across our network.
  • Champion a positive change culture, ensuring business disruption is minimised and confidence in new systems is strengthened.

You’ll bring to the table:

 

  • Proven experience leading change in large-scale ERP or technology transformation programs.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci is preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP, particularly S/4HANA is essential
  • Deep understanding of change management methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills – you know how to bring people on the journey
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for empowering teams and building capability.
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
