Our Role:

As our Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering Goodstart’s digital marketing strategy to support growth, engagement, and brand leadership.

 

You’ll lead the end-to-end digital ecosystem, from websites and customer journeys to campaign performance and optimisation, ensuring we deliver seamless, insight-led experiences for families across Australia.

 

Working closely with internal teams and stakeholders, you’ll drive a high-performing digital program of work that strengthens our position as the provider of choice in a competitive market.

 

Your Impact:

  • Lead and evolve Goodstart’s digital marketing strategy across platforms, campaigns, and customer journeys
  • Drive customer acquisition and engagement through data-led digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid media, eDM and more)
  • Enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion optimisation across all digital touchpoints
  • Deliver a forward-looking digital program of work aligned to enterprise growth priorities
  • Use insights, analytics, and customer behaviour to continuously improve performance and outcomes
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to align digital initiatives with broader business goals
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

You’ll bring to the table:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership role, ideally within a complex or national organisation
  • Confidence working across CMS platforms, analytics tools, SEO/SEM, and digital optimisation
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
  • Experience leading teams and delivering large-scale digital programs of work
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Current QLD Blue card
