Our Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful digital campaigns and enhancing the online experience for families across Australia.
You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and broader marketing team to execute campaigns, optimise website performance, and support a seamless digital journey, from first interaction through to enrolment.
Your Impact:
- Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, paid media, and eDM
- Manage and optimise website content, including CMS updates, landing pages, and user journeys
- Help improve the accessibility, usability, and performance of digital platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to test-and-learn initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing activities
- Support the delivery of website enhancements from briefing through to testing and launch

You’ll bring to the table:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, ideally with exposure to campaign delivery and website management
- Strong understanding of digital channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid media
- Experience working with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, email platforms)
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and grow
- Current QLD Blue Card
