Our Role:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery and optimisation of Goodstart’s digital platforms, with a strong focus on website performance and user experience.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead, you will support the day-to-day management of our websites, including content updates, page builds, testing, and optimisation to ensure a seamless and effective digital journey for families across Australia.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in website management, CMS platforms, and digital performance, who enjoys working in the detail to continuously improve digital experiences.
Your Impact:
- Manage and optimise website content through CMS platforms, including page builds, landing pages, and user journeys
- Maintain website accuracy, functionality, and performance across mobile and desktop
- Support website enhancements from briefing through to testing (UAT) and launch
- Implement tagging and monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console
- Analyse user behaviour to identify opportunities to improve engagement, navigation, and conversion
- Support SEO through on-page optimisation and content improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver website updates and digital initiatives
- Support digital campaigns (eDM, paid search) with a focus on driving traffic to and improving website performance

You’ll bring to the table:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar
- At least 3 years' experience in a marketing or digital marketing role, ideally with exposure to campaign delivery and website management
- Strong understanding of digital channels including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid media
- Experience working with CMS platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, email platforms)
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to learn and grow
- Current QLD Blue Card or willingness to obtain
