Role: Employee Services Advisor
Location: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Yuggera peoples)
Employment Type: Full-time, 12mth Fixed-term Contract

As an Employee Services Advisor, you’ll be a trusted expert in employee data and payroll processes, ensuring compliance, quality and continuity for our workforce while contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.
Your Impact:
In this role, you’ll be central to the integrity of our employee and payroll data, supporting accurate and timely payroll outcomes across the organisation. You’ll manage end-to-end employee lifecycle changes — from onboarding and position management through to leave, qualifications and terminations — ensuring alignment with awards, legislation and organisational standards.
Your expertise will help safeguard revenue quality, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement across Employee Services. Just as importantly, you’ll build strong working relationships, share knowledge with your team, and help create a responsive, trusted service experience for leaders and employees alike.

You’ll bring to the table:
- 1–2 years’ experience in payroll, employee data administration or a related role, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Demonstrated experience interpreting and applying awards, industrial instruments and employment legislation
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume, time-critical data accurately
- Confidence working with payroll and HR systems, supported by solid MS Office skills
- Clear, professional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a simple, practical way
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to confidentiality and continuous improvement
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
Desirable
- Experience in the Early Learning or community services sector
- Exposure to large, multi-site or award-driven organisations
