Role: ICT Centre Support Partner

As our ICT Centre Support Partner, you'll be the first point of contact for all IT-related support across Goodstart, helping ensure our centres and support office teams can focus on giving every child the best possible start in life. From troubleshooting and ticket resolution to improving systems and supporting national projects, this is a varied and hands-on role where your passion for customer service, technology, and teamwork will shine.
Your Impact:
In this role, you’ll be the trusted go-to for ICT support across our centres and support office—resolving technical issues, improving system processes, and ensuring staff can access the tools they need, when they need them. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to service excellence will directly support our teams to focus on what matters most: delivering great outcomes for children.

You’ll bring to the table:
- A strong customer service mindset with prior experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role
- Solid technical skills with a desire to learn and grow your knowledge
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting technologies such as Dell, Apple, Microsoft Office 365, Android, and scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript)
- Familiarity with desktop/server patching, SCCM, SCEP, and endpoint management
- ITIL Foundation V3 certification (desirable)
- Currently studying or completed a degree in Information Technology (desirable)
- Current QLD Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain one)
