We’re looking for an Infrastructure & Service Delivery Manager to oversee our infrastructure transformation – national network migration and DAAS uplift, champion continuing cloud innovation and lead a high-performing Helpdesk team. Your Impact:
As a pivotal member of ICT leadership, reporting to the CIO, you’ll shape and deliver an infrastructure and service strategy that puts people first—ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and future-ready.
You’ll lead a high-performing team, champion a customer-focused culture, and drive innovation across infrastructure, cloud, and service delivery.
By aligning ICT with business priorities, simplifying user experiences, and embedding continuous improvement, your work will empower over 15,000 Goodstarters to focus on what matters most—improving outcomes for children and families.

You’ll bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree level qualifications in Information Technology or related experience with at least five (5) years management experience in Information Technology at a major corporation or IT service provider
- Demonstrated leadership and operational experience in managing IT Service Delivery teams across a diverse national footprint. Has experience and understanding in managing, designing and engineering IT systems, including knowledge of cloud environment and technologies
- Hands-on person with strong technical skills, is an active team member and leader who has an open communication style that shares information and contributes to an excellent working environment
Desirable skills and experience:
- Industry-based certifications in ICT, particularly in Microsoft Cloud technologies, networking, Meraki, and / or security
- Qualifications or training in leadership, people management, or professional coaching
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate strategic and technical concepts into practical outcomes
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal presentation skills and the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation
- A disciplined approach to following established processes, with a mindset for continuous improvement
