Role: ICT Project Manager

Join our dynamic IT department and take the lead in managing the full lifecycle of IT projects—from initial planning to post-deployment support. If you're a proactive leader with solid problem-solving skills and a knack for coordinating people, processes, and systems, this role is for you.

 

Key responsibilities:

As our ICT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to deployment, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Framework Compliance: Utilize our established project management framework to manage, execute, and report on project progress.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.
  • Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, track spending, and report on actuals versus estimates.
  • Team Development: Support, train, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and oversee contractual arrangements to ensure program success.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer deep technical understanding to steer the program toward a robust and reliable solution.

 

You’ll bring to the table:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in computer science, information systems, business technology, or a related field.
  • Industry certification in Project Management (e.g., MSP, Prince 2, PMBOK).
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing complex projects across multiple disciplines and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Resilience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • The capacity to work effectively under pressure and solve problems proactively.
