Our Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on ICT Systems Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors to support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing management of our Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. 

 

In this role, you’ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate HR and business needs into scalable, effective SuccessFactors solutions. You’ll play a key role in enhancing processes, delivering projects, and ensuring we maximise value from our technology investments. 

 

 

Your Impact:

  • Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across SuccessFactors modules
  • Design and support scalable HR technology solutions aligned to business needs and best practice
  • Support testing activities, system upgrades, integrations, data validation, and reporting
  • Investigate system issues and identify opportunities for process and system improvement
  • Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, promoting standard functionality over customisation
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, ICT teams, vendors, and project partners to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Facilitate workshops, communicate effectively across teams, and contribute to a collaborative team culture

You’ll bring to the table:

Essential 

  • Degree in IT, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years’ experience with SAP SuccessFactors (implementation or optimisation)
  • Strong experience with Employee Central
  • Solid understanding of HR processes (employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, performance)
  • Experience with Agile/Waterfall delivery and ITIL practices
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with reporting tools (Excel; Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud advantageous) 
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain

 

Desirable 

  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules, especially: 
    • Recruiting (highly regarded)
    • Onboarding
    • Performance & Goals
    • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Monday.com, Azure DevOps, or Visio
  • Desirable if experience with SuccessFactors ECP (Payroll) and SAP HCM/Payroll as well
