Intranet and Collaboration Administrator

Date: 02-Jan-2019

Company: Goodstart Early Learning

Are you an experienced, energetic, digital communications superhero?  If so we have a great opportunity to join Goodstart Early Learning as our new Intranet and Collaboration Specialist.

As part of our innovative Corporate Affairs, Marketing and Communications team (CAMCO) you will look after the ongoing management of our Intranet which is used by over 14,000 employees.  You will also look after the governance of internal collaboration channels, making sure we optimise all channels to take our users experience to the next level.  As well that we will ask you, where necessary, to look at migrations to new, leading edge platforms.

This is really important role for us as our entire workforce rely on easily finding key information and we encourage lots of sharing of knowledge digitally, so, working with our Communications Manager (who would also be your manager) you will play a major part in shaping how our people seek and share knowledge and engage with each other across our entire network.

You will work with a variety of different internal customers which will mean writing for a variety of audiences, as well as providing advice to support the development of future knowledge management and collaboration platforms.

So if you have a degree in journalism, communications, marketing or a related subject and have previous experience in a digital platform role with extensive experience of intranets, maintaining and improving internal communications channels, writing effective and targeted communications and if possible experience in supporting key platform migration or knowledge management projects,  we would love to hear from you.

If you think you have the right background for this role, please apply today through our website by uploading your Cover Letter and CV to our website.   You might have some questions so if you do please feel free to reach out to Pam King Owen at   Unfortunately though we cannot accept e-mailed applications.

Finally, but really important, a bit about Goodstart Early Learning. We are Australia’s largest early learning provider.  As a not–for–profit social enterprise, we exist purely to improve the lives of Australia’s children and their families.  Every day, 13,500 Goodstart staff support over 60,000 families and the 71,500 children that attend our 645 centres nation–wide.  Our people are our foundation, together we are working to ensure children have the learning, development and wellbeing outcomes they need for school and life.
