Role: Learning Program Partner
Location: Murarrie, Brisbane (Turrbal and Jagera Lands)
Employment Type: Full time Fixed term until June 2027
 
The Learning Programs Partner plays a key role in supporting the Learning Team strategy through the end-to-end coordination and administration of leadership development programs and learning projects. This includes delivering high-quality administrative, participant management, event coordination, and financial administration to ensure programs are executed efficiently, compliantly and consistently.  
 
The role is responsible for coordinating participant nominations, enrolment and onboarding, maintaining accurate program and participant records, monitoring progress and compliance requirements, and supporting reporting obligations. 
 
Your Impact:
  • Support the delivery of Leadership Development programs and learning projects, ensuring effective coordination, accurate tracking of participant engagement and progress, and timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Working closely with the Learning and Organisational Development Team and internal stakeholders.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement, strong governance, and a high-quality experience for participants.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Learning Team to ensure the efficient delivery of current and upcoming programs.
  • Coordinate participant nominations, enrolment and onboarding, including distribution of Welcome Packs and Participant Enrolment Agreements. Conduct post-session activities and surveys.
  • Coordinate end-to-end logistics for program delivery, including scheduling, communications, and resource preparation.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for participants and trainers, including issuing travel forms, tracking submissions, and booking corporate travel.
  • Compile learning program and project budget reports for stakeholders
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing information and supporting colleagues to achieve program outcomes

You’ll bring to the table:
 
  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Education or a related field (Desirable)
  • Working knowledge of how to interpret qualification documents
  • Experience in administrative processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Valid Working with Children Check (relevant to state or territory)
  • Vaccinations as per policy requirements
