Learning Programs Partner

Location: Murarrie, Brisbane (Turrbal and Jagera Lands)

Employment Type: Full time Fixed term until June 2027

 

The Learning Programs Partner plays a critical role in the delivery of leadership development programs and learning projects, ensuring efficient, compliant and consistent execution through high-quality participant management, event coordination and financial administration.

 

The role coordinates participant nominations and enrolments, maintains accurate program and participant records, monitors progress and compliance requirements, and ensures reporting obligations are met. A passion for organising high quality events that delight participants every step of the way is an essential part of the role.

 

Reporting into the Learning Lead, you will join a professional learning and development team that values taking the work seriously while also having fun along the way.

 

Your impact:

  • Leadership development programs and learning projects are delivered seamlessly through effective coordination activities, tracking participant engagement and progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Continuous improvement and strong governance enhances the overall participant experience.
  • High-quality administrative support ensures the efficient delivery of current and upcoming programs.
  • End-to-end program logistics, including scheduling, communications and resource preparation are coordinated with thoughtfulness and attention to detail.
  • Learning program and project budget reports are produced that deliver timely and relevant information for stakeholders.
  • Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve program outcomes.

You’ll bring to the table:

  • Certificate III or higher in Business Administration, Training & Assessment or Event Management (Desirable)
  • Working knowledge of Nationally Recognised Training packages and qualifications (Desirable)
  • Experience with programs management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

 

Validations

  • Valid Working with Children Check (relevant to state or territory)
  • Vaccinations as per policy requirements
