Role: Marketing Administrator

Location: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Yuggera peoples)

Employment Type: 12 months Fixed Term, Full Time

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to support our team in delivering impactful marketing activities. As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Marketing, Brand, and Family Support team, helping to attract and retain Goodstart families through various marketing initiatives.  

Your Impact:

• Manage databases and update websites.
• Complete administration activities associated with events, email marketing campaigns, and photo shoots.
• Coordinate content updates and sort/manage data, including photos.
• Capture visual content from centres and events as required.
• Proactively communicate with centres and suppliers to ensure activities are completed.
• Follow processes with high attention to detail and work in an agile manner within a high-volume capacity.
• Track completion of activities and maintain a high level of data integrity.
• ​​Ability to follow processes with a high attention to detail within a high-volume capacity 
• Through leadership, promotes the goals and values of the organisation in a positive manner and demonstrates a high level of personal integrity.

To be successful in the role you will have:

• Currently studying a Marketing qualification with some experience in coordinating marketing activities.
• Experience in design and content creation (Canva).
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• Strong customer focus and highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using digital and social media tools.
• Valid Working with Children Check Card (relevant to state or territory).
