In this vital role, you'll act as the first point of contact for employee and leader enquiries related to people matters. Leveraging your broad generalist HR knowledge, you will provided high quality, tailored and humanised case management across all people related matters to deliver an Amazing Goodstart Experience aligned to Goodstart strategic objectives.

Your Impact:
- Provides on-demand advice and coaching on engagement, retention, and performance matters.
- Delivers practical, risk-aware guidance on both routine and complex people issues, including case management.
- Offers expert advice on policies, agreements, and employment legislation, ensuring correct interpretation and application.
- Promotes organisational values and coaches leaders to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
- Supports performance management, including disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring compliance.
- Collaborates with specialists and teams to align practices with legislation and organisational standards.
- Recommends and improves policies, procedures, and people practices to enhance employee experience.
- Drives a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, respect, and accountability.

You’ll bring to the table:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Law, or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated customer service mindset that keeps the customer at the center of what you do
- Highly efficient with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adjust style to meet audience requirements
- Flexible and able to operate in a dynamic environment
- Generalist experience across elements of the employee lifecycle
- Current working with children check for paid employment
