Role: Performance Capability Specialist

Location: Murarrie, Brisbane Queensland preferred (will however review other locations)

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the Organisational Performance and Development Lead in delivering performance and development initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across systems
  • Design and implement frameworks, strategies, and programs to enhance organisational capability and facilitate talent and succession planning
  • Lead the analysis and development of leadership and capability programs based on data insights and business consultation
  • Develop talent and succession tools and programs to cultivate a pipeline of future leaders and managers
  • Embed coaching and mentoring frameworks to strengthen leadership capabilities across the organisation
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to adopt best practices in organisational learning and development
  • Lead the creation, design, and evaluation of high-impact capability programs aligned with business objectives
  • Measure and report on the impact of capability programs through evidence-based insights, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations

 

You’ll bring to the table:

  • You will have formal qualifications/certifications and/or experience in organisational performance, development and learning
  • Ability to forge productive partnerships with senior stakeholders and work collaboratively
  • Demonstrated high levels of written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Adaptability and autonomy with effective project and time management skills
  • Strong business acumen, connecting people strategy to business outcomes
  • Experience in the education/ ECEC sector or similar large, multi-site organisations is desirable
  • Kirkpatrick certification is desirable
