Role: Program Manager EPMO

About the role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead the delivery of a complex program of work within our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO).

 

This role isn’t just about delivering projects—it’s about bringing together multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to strategy, and driving real business outcomes across both our centres and support office.

 

You’ll oversee a program spanning key ICT domains such as Identity, Networks, Data and Cyber Security, working alongside project leads, technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure everything lands as intended.

 

Your Impact:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a multi‑stream program, ensuring alignment to Goodstart’s strategy
  • Manage interdependencies across projects and balance competing priorities
  • Provide clear program reporting (status, risks, issues and outcomes) to senior stakeholders
  • Embed strong governance, structure and delivery discipline across the program
  • Partner with change teams to support successful adoption
  • Build strong relationships across ICT and the broader business
  • Identify risks early and keep delivery on track

You’ll bring to the table:

  • Strong experience delivering complex programs across multiple workstreams
  • A proven ability to bring structure and clarity to large, moving pieces of work
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
  • Experience across ICT environments (e.g. infrastructure, data, cyber, platforms)
  • A pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach with a bias for action
  • Ability to stay calm, focused and outcome‑driven in busy or high‑pressure environments
  • Experience working across both Agile and waterfall delivery models
  • Qualifications or certifications in program/project management (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, Agile) will be highly regarded.
