As the SAP Project Coordinator, you’ll provide the structure, coordination, and insight that keep the program moving. Working closely with the SAP Project Manager and the broader program team, you’ll ensure all activities, risks, and deliverables are well tracked and aligned with Goodstart’s strategic objectives.

Your Impact:
- Support the SAP Readiness Initiative through structured project coordination and governance.
- Maintain project schedules, action logs, and RAID registers to ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Prepare clear and insightful reports and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to support collaboration and decision-making.
- Contribute to strong project governance, ensuring compliance with Goodstart’s ePMO standards.

You’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience in project coordination or PMO support, ideally within a large-scale technology or ERP transformation.
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as SharePoint, monday.com, or SAP Solution Manager.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and drive follow-through.
- Exposure to SAP projects (S/4HANA highly desirable) or experience working within structured PMO environments (SAP Activate, PRINCE2, or PMP frameworks preferred).
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
