Role: Project Coordinator – SAP (Internal Title: Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst)

Play a key role in supporting Goodstart's enterprise technology program

Join Goodstart at an exciting time as we deliver a significant, multi-year SAP Readiness Initiative that will modernise the systems supporting more than 16,500 Goodstarters across nearly 700 centres.

 

Reporting to the SAP Project Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams, helping to keep one of our largest technology programs on track. Working alongside experienced project professionals, implementation partners and stakeholders across Finance, Payroll, People & Culture, ICT and Corporate Services, you'll help drive meaningful organisational change that supports better outcomes for children, families and our people.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams supporting Goodstart's SAP Readiness Initiative.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions involving cross-functional business teams and external partners.
  • Maintain project schedules, RAID registers, action logs and milestone tracking to help ensure projects remain on track.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of project status reports, dashboards, presentations and governance documentation for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Support project governance by maintaining documentation, reporting cycles and compliance with ePMO standards.
  • Assist with stakeholder communications and project updates across the organisation.
  • Maintain project documentation, registers and templates using SharePoint, monday.com and other project management tools.
  • Identify potential risks, issues and delays, escalating matters to the Project Manager where appropriate.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen project delivery and governance across the program.

You'll bring to the table

  • Demonstrated experience coordinating projects or supporting PMO functions within technology, ERP or transformation environments.
  • Exposure to SAP implementation projects or other enterprise ERP programs will be highly regarded.
  • Experience coordinating project schedules, RAID registers, action logs and project reporting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working across business and technical teams.
  • Proficiency using project management and collaboration tools such as monday.com, SharePoint or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to recognised project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMP or SAP Activate will be highly regarded.
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one).
