We are seeking a Property Administrator to support the establishment and ongoing management of a property and fleet lease management system. The role is diverse in function with a broad range of accountability with a strong focus on continuous improvement and will require an eye for detail and data accuracy across financial systems. This role is permanent full-time based in our Murarrie office in Brisbane.


About the role

  • Maintain the property management database through vigilant data management so that all entries are complete, updated and accurate
  • All critical dates are monitored and met, with approvals obtained in a timely manner (subject to National Property Manager requirements)
  • Attend to rent reviews to market, fixed and CPI where they become due under the Lease and action where required in a timely manner
  • Reconciliations of outgoings across the portfolio
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with internal departments and external vendors to foster a collaborative approach to managing the tenancy schedule and rental diary.


About you

  • At least five years ‘experience in the property industry
  • Practical understanding of lease documentation and retail/property legislation
  • Strong analytical reasoning, financial acumen and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage property and portfolio budgets and provide timely and reliable management reports
  • Working knowledge of SAP viewed favourably
