As a Property Coordinator at Goodstart Early Learning, you will provide vital executive support to the General Manager of Property and the Property Leadership Team. You’ll play a key role in managing communications, organising meetings, coordinating team activities, and supporting special projects—all while maintaining efficient and effective office systems. Your ability to manage confidential matters with discretion and ensure timely, accurate service will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Your Impact:
- Executive Support: Manage diaries, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence, ensuring seamless operations for the GM.
- Team Communications: Keep the team informed and engaged through effective communication, team meetings, and celebrations.
- Report Preparation: Collate, prepare, and ensure the timely submission of reports and presentations.
- Research & Investigation: Undertake research and provide thorough investigations into key matters as required.
- Special Projects: Lead and coordinate special projects to support the GM in delivering business outcomes.

You’ll bring to the table:
- Previous successful experience as a dynamic Executive Assistant/Coordinator position in a multi-site, property service-related organisation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines and effectively prioritise tasks
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, ensuring clear, concise, and professional interactions in all forms of communication
- Experience working across multiple levels within an organisation and communicating confidently and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to Advanced level – Monday.com
- Previous experience with Microsoft Teams
- Previous experience coordinating small projects/pieces of work with a specific outcome
- Knowledge or previous experience of Property or early learning centre practices would be helpful, but not essential
