We are seeking a PMO Administrator to provide administrative services to support the Goodstart Property Program and Project Management Office. This role is 6 month full-time fixed term contract based in our Murarrie office in Brisbane.


About the role

  • Work within the PMO Team in delivering the necessary processes to support the Property Program.
  • Be involved in implementing improvements to the current project frameworks, helping to optimise and streamline project management and administrative processes.
  • Carry out administrative functions supporting Property projects and programs, such as maintain registers, assist in preparing reports, support workshops, file project documentation.
  • Support the processing of project transactions, this may include invoices, purchase orders, variation requests, journal requests, etc.
  • Gather, compile and maintain project documentation.


About you

  • A positive and proactive attitude, working in a genuinely collaborative team  environment
  • Previous administrative experience support projects
  • Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience in the childcare, facilities management or construction sectors is preferred but not essential
  • Exposure to, and understanding of, SAP and financial systems at the transactional level would be well regarded.
