We are seeking a Property Project Delivery Lead to support the delivery of projects that stem from our national program of centre developments (acquiring existing centres, relocating existing centres, development of new centres and exiting from existing Goodstart centres). This role is as 12-month, full-time fixed term contract based in our Murarrie office in Brisbane.

 

About the role

  • Manage and complete tasks required as part of the project management of Property Projects (including new builds, acquisitions, relocations), centre exits and other property related p Create and maintain the project plans for each Property Project
    • Deliver each project in time and within budget
    • Develop and maintain appropriate information and documentation to support the project activities
    • Prepare reports on the programme and individual projects as they progress
  • Deliver early learning environments to support best practice
    • Using the Goodstart Look Books, create bespoke centre Look Books and purchase lists to deliver best practice early learning environments (internal spaces plus outdoor resources)
    • Ensure the delivery of all required resources, furniture and supplies to set the centre up for success
  • Plan and coordinate all local area marketing activities required for each Property Project including researching local area media options, community connections, family open day event planning

 

About you

  • Previous experience in project coordination including experience working on a large project or a number of smaller number of projects at one time.
  • Previous experience in marketing, communications or events would be highly regarded. 
  • Flexibility to undertake domestic travel is essential
  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required and as negotiated.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, project management or early childhood education will be highly regarded but not essential.
