Role: Procurement Specialist – Marketing

Our Role:
As Procurement Specialist – Marketing, you’ll lead the end-to-end procurement and inventory management of all marketing-related items that support our 660+ centres across Australia. From uniforms and signage to printed materials and branded merchandise, you’ll ensure these essential items are available when and where they’re needed.
You’ll be the key link between suppliers and working closely with Marketing and Operations teams. This role ensures procurement activities support enrolments, centre operations, align with Goodstart’s brand and deliver value through smart sourcing, strong relationships, and continuous improvement.
Your Impact:
- Manage national procurement of marketing materials, uniforms, signage and branded items
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, Marketing, Operations and Finance teams
- Maintain supplier catalogues and ensure compliance with purchasing systems and policies
- Oversee inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely delivery to centres
- Champion continuous improvement and drive cost-effective procurement
- Maintain financial controls, track budgets, and provide regular reporting
- Act as a key contact for centre support and procurement-related queries

You’ll bring to the table:
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in procurement, managing large and diverse portfolios
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and deliver financial outcomes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to influence and collaborate with internal and external partners
- Confident managing risk, supplier performance, and category budgets
- Familiarity with Coupa or other enterprise purchasing systems
- Valid Working with Children Check card
