Role: Quality Data and Administration Specialist

Employment Type: Fixed term for 6-months

The Quality Data and Administration Specialist play a critical national role in governing and maintaining the accuracy of NQA ITS - the Approved Provider portal used to communicate with Regulatory Authorities. This role ensures appropriate system access, oversees the National Educator Register, and supports the organisation in meeting legislative requirements through accurate, timely and well-managed regulatory data.
Working closely with internal teams and ACECQA, you will strengthen governance, reporting and data quality processes that support regulatory engagement across our network.
Your Impact:
- Ensure strong governance and appropriate access to NQA ITS nationally
- Maintain the accuracy and currency of the National Educator Register
- Improve data quality, reporting and regulatory communication processes
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to streamline systems and strengthen compliance practices

You’ll bring to the table:
- Experience in administration, data governance or system administration
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Confidence working with complex systems and regulatory requirements
- Ability to translate legislation into practical processes
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Experience within the ECEC sector or familiarity with the National Quality Framework is highly regarded, but not essential
