Role: Social Impact Program Support

Location: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Yuggera peoples)

We’re seeking a Social Impact Program Support professional to join our growing Social Impact team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in coordinating, tracking and reporting across a portfolio of social impact and inclusion initiatives that support children, families and communities nationwide.

 

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of social impact, data, finance and program delivery, supporting meaningful work that genuinely makes a difference.

 

Your Impact:

In this role, you will:

  • Support the smooth delivery of Social Impact and Inclusion programs through high-quality coordination and administration
  • Track and report on program budgets across multiple cost centres, supporting strong financial governance
  • Maintain accurate program data and reporting, including dashboards and regular insights to support decision-making
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, events and professional learning activities across Australia
  • Support program schedules, documentation and delivery calendars to keep initiatives on track
  • Collaborate with teams across Goodstart, including Finance, IT, Teaching & Learning and People & Culture
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the way programs are delivered

You’ll bring to the table:

  • Experience in business, finance, administration or program coordination roles
  • Strong capability in financial tracking, reporting and record management
  • Confidence using Excel and reporting tools (experience with WebI or PowerBI highly regarded)
  • Experience using project or workflow management tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar)
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check

Desirable

  • Experience in early childhood, education, not-for-profit or social impact environments
  • Understanding of inclusion, social impact or reconciliation-focused work
  • A genuine passion for purpose-driven work and continuous improvement
