The Solution Centre is the first point of contact for the ever expanding Goodstart Early Learning network of centres, families and support staff and it aims to deliver outstanding customer service to our internal and external customers.


We are looking for a Trainer to join our dynamic team to prepare and deliver training packages, keep on top of knowledge articles and lead our Quality Assurance program.

We are offering a full time, permanent position based in our Head Office in Murarrie


About the role:

  • Create and adapt learning packages to support the growth and development of the Solution Centre employees.
  • Utilise various systems and platforms to design and develop learning materials.
  • Create effective learning outcomes to improve business processes and productivity.
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, with consideration given to adult learning principles and learning styles.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge articles and instructional materials to be shared and consumed by Solution Centre Consultants.
  • Evaluate interactions and provide feedback to consultants and team managers.
  • Develop knowledge articles to be shared and consumed by Solution Centre Consultants.
  • Engage and support multiple continuous improvement initiatives.


About you:

  • Experience in leveraging learning within a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated success in the design, development, piloting and delivery of learning and development activity
  • Proven experience conducting learning needs analysis
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Adult Learning
  • Previous experience in a call centre or childcare service environment will be highly regarded (desired)
