Role: Talent Acquisition Administrator

Location: Murarrie, QLD (Turrbal and Jugera Country)

Employment Type: 12 months Fixed Term – Full time

 

Join our Talent Acquisition team as a TA Administrator, where you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate recruitment data and ensuring seamless processes. In this data-focused role, you'll manage candidate and employee records! The Talent Acquisition Administrator will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to collect, update, and verify employee information. This role requires a meticulous approach to data management and a proactive stance on compliance-related activities.

 

In addition to compliance and data management, the Talent Acquisition Administrator will support migration-related compliance activities. This involves but not limited to; ensuring that all records and information are accurately updated and maintained during migration processes. The Talent Acquisition Administrator will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate smooth and compliant migration activities.

You’ll bring to the table:

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, or a related field. Or;
  • 3 plus years experience ideally in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, HR compliance, or workforce governance, ideally in a high-volume setting (desirable).
  • High level of attention to detail with experience managing HR systems and data integrity initiatives.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify risks, and proactively address compliance gaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in conducting data audits and implementing data cleanup initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
