Your Impact:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be the matchmaker between passionate educators and meaningful careers. You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for all centre-based roles, drive creative sourcing strategies, and deliver a gold-standard experience for candidates and hiring leaders. You’ll bring to the table:
- Several years’ experience in high volume recruitment and a knack for connecting people
- A curious mind, a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
- Multi-tasking magic – you are highly organised and balance competing priorities, summed up – you get it done right!
- Reliability, accountability, and a team-first outlook
- Safety first mindset – compliance, governance, and safeguarding standards matter
- Current QLD Blue card or willingness to obtain one
- Willing to obtain a Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
