Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting teams to thrive? As an XapCare Partner, you'll be the go-to expert for Xap system, CCS, and Childcare management inquiries. You'll take ownership of inquiries, providing timely and high-quality resolutions while focusing on CCS legislation, governance, and compliance. You'll also identify trends and work with stakeholders to recommend improvements to the system and tools, ensuring an excellent experience for our Goodstarters.

Your Impact:
As an XapCare Partner, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the capability of our Centre Directors and teams.
Your expertise will make you the first point of contact for all system and operational inquiries, while you also support the setup of new centres in Xap. By developing and maintaining self-service resources and driving continuous improvement in systems, processes, and resources, you will help create a seamless experience for our teams.
Your commitment to customer service excellence and operational best practices will drive key improvements, fostering a culture of growth and efficiency.

You’ll bring to the table:
- A customer service first perspective
- Ability to deliver support and training in a way that builds capacity and capability in centre teams
- A high level written and oral communication skill with the ability to adapt your style dependent on the audience
- Ability to effectively develop and assess technical training materials related to the IT platform and deliver tailored solutions to the network
- Sound technical skills with a willingness to learn and grow their technical knowledge
- Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment
- Experience working with Xap or other Child Care Management System
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
