Are you looking for an opportunity to use your administration and customer service skills in a role where your work genuinely makes a difference?

As our Administration Assistant, you'll be an important part of Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street, providing a warm welcome to children and families while supporting our Centre Director and team with the day-to-day administration that keeps our centre running smoothly.

About the role

As our Administration Assistant, you'll work closely with the Centre Director and wider team to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support.

In this role, you'll:

✨ Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre's attendance pipeline

✨ Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner

✨ Complete key business administration tasks

✨ Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families

✨ Help create a warm and welcoming first impression for families and visitors

✨ Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre

About Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street

🏡 Located in a residential area close to Nambour Hospital, local schools and shops, making the centre convenient for local families.

👶 Five learning rooms providing early learning and care for children from six weeks to school age. 

🕕 Open 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a focus on providing flexibility for families, including those working shifts.

🌳 Outdoor environments combine natural and built elements including sandpits, veggie patches, a fort, mud kitchen, bike paths, a worm farm and shaded play areas. 

🌱 Strong focus on sustainability, exploration and learning through play.

🤝 Experienced team, with many educators having been with the centre for 4 to 6 years and some for more than 10 years.

🏫 Strong relationships with local schools help support children as they make the transition from Kindergarten to Prep.
