About Goodstart New Lambton:

Goodstart Early Learning New Lambton, located in a peaceful residential area just minutes from local shops, schools, and community amenities, is the perfect place for you! We’re a short drive from The John Hunter Hospital and Newcastle CBD.

At Goodstart New Lambton, we create tailored programs using the Early Years Learning Framework, focusing on each child's individual needs and interests. Our philosophy is cantered on learning through play and fostering respect for others. As an Educator, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with families through our key educator approach, and stay connected via our Storypark platform, family nights, and newsletters.

Outside, the children enjoy three wonderful play areas that encourage exploration and imagination, including sandpits, a fairy garden, and veggie patches.

You’ll need:

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
