Role: Occupational Therapist Coach
Location: Supporting services across Victoria East
Employment Type: 2 Year Fixed Term, Part time; 0.6FTE (22.8hrs per week)

At Goodstart Early Learning, we’re looking for an Occupational Therapist Coach who’s passionate about early intervention and capacity building — someone who wants to work shoulder-to-shoulder with educators and families to help children thrive in everyday settings.
This unique role moves beyond traditional therapy. You’ll coach and collaborate, building the skills of those who support young children every day — and see the difference you make in real time.
What you’ll do:
- Coach and collaborate with educators and families across centres in Victoria East
- Support children’s development through inclusive, evidence-based strategies
- Build strong community and service linkages
- Focus on prevention, early support, and long-term impact
- Work in natural, real-world early learning settings

About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- A strong understanding of child development (birth–5 years)
- Comfortable coaching others and building capability
- Passionate about inclusion and working in community-based settings
