As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

• Work between operating hours 6am – 6pm, Monday – Friday
• As an Educational Leader, you’ll receive 8 hours a week off the floor to focus on developing a rich, engaging curriculum and intentional programs that guide and inspire your team’s daily practice.
• Driving curriculum excellence aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework
• Mentoring educators, uplifting teaching practices, and nurturing a collaborative learning culture
• Championing innovation and reflective practice to enhance educational outcomes
• Ensuring our centre maintains its Exceeding NQS rating through high-quality, intentional teaching

You’ll need:

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
