As the Assistant Director, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership prowess to inspire and empower your centre team towards continuous improvement across all facets of operations. Collaborating closely with the centre's leadership team, you'll foster an environment of respect and collaboration, nurturing meaningful relationships with families and actively engaging with the local community. Your dedication will drive positive change, ensuring that every child's journey is enriched and every family feels supported on their educational path.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
• Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
• Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
• Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
