As a Goodstart Educator, you'll become a vital part of our team, working alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for our children.   • Approved Places and Centre Design: This centre is a modern, fit for purpose building and has capacity for 88 children.

  • Age Range: Offers early learning for children aged 6 weeks to school age in a nurturing environment.
  • Curriculum: Follows the Early Years Learning Framework with play-based learning tailored to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.
  • Focus on Transitions: Supports children’s social, emotional, literacy, and numeracy development to ensure a smooth transition to school.

You’ll need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current NSW Working with Children Check
