As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart North Sydney
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher in taking on a new challenge in a leadership role and be part of a dynamic team in a 63-place centre.
Located in a tranquil, tree-lined street near Sydney's CBD, our purpose-built centre offers a state-of-the-art learning environment with four beautifully resourced rooms and two expansive playgrounds. We are committed to providing individualised, high-quality care that empowers children from Nursery to Preschool, with programs meticulously tailored to the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Full-time, 6 months fixed-term position
- Primarily work in a Pre-School room
- Offering professional support including dedicated programming time and Educational Leader release on a regular basis.

You’ll need:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
